Hands-On Course Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration for any TMJ Whisperer Academy Hands-On Course is subject to the TMJ Whisperer Academy Website Policies and Terms and Conditions.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. TMJ Whisperer Academy does not store or have access to participants’ credit card information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant-Initiated Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@tmjwhispereracademy.com.

Refund and transfer options are determined by the date the written cancellation request is received:

  • More than 30 days before the course start date
    Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

  • 15 to 30 days before the course start date
    50% refund or one transfer to a future eligible TMJ Whisperer Academy Hands-On Course within 12 months, subject to availability.

  • 14 days or less before the course start date
    No refund. One transfer to a future eligible TMJ Whisperer Academy Hands-On Course within 12 months may be permitted, subject to availability.

  • No-shows
    No refund and no transfer.

Transfers are permitted one time only, must be used within 12 months of the original course date, and are subject to course availability and eligibility requirements. Registrations are not transferable to another individual.

TMJ Whisperer Academy does not arrange, book, manage, or reimburse travel, accommodation, hotel reservations, or other related expenses in the event of participant cancellation.

Organizer-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling

If TMJ Whisperer Academy cancels or reschedules a Hands-On Course, registered participants may choose:

  • A full refund of the course registration fee, or

  • A transfer of the registration fee to a future eligible TMJ Whisperer Academy Hands-On Course.

TMJ Whisperer Academy is not responsible for booking, cancelling, or reimbursing travel, accommodation, hotel reservations, or other related expenses under any circumstances.
